Looks like Gary Smith in net and Harry Howell on defence. The year is 1970-71 as this was George Armstrongs last year as captain so Keon has the A.
Nope. The Seal defenceman is the veteren blueliner, former Leaf and Ranger, Larry Cahan!
The pic is from early in the 1967-68 season. The Seals were known as the California Seals in their first year, note the 'C' around the Seal. Half way through the season they became the 'Oakland Seals' and the ends of the 'C' closed(nhluniforms.com). Keon also became Leaf Captain early in the 1969-70 season when Armstrong retired (temporarily). The goalie is Charlie Hodge.
