If you live in Canada like Börje Salming there are things you can really long for - crispbread, herring and Kalles caviar.
During the last two years there has been a lot of kaviar-packagings sent via mail to Börje and his family in Toronto.
Following is one of his favourite sandwiches: Spread some butter on a large piece of crispbread, put on a layer of cold, cooked, sliced potato, press out some generous strings of Kalles caviar on top.
